Four Healthy Goals for 2018

My goals are ever-changing, and so far, I’ve taken a variety of steps and have explored different projects this year to get me where I want to be.

After some consideration, I’d say these are some overarching goals for my year:

  1. Create.
  2. Get strong, feel strong.
  3. Stick with photography, music, and writing.
  4. Make sizable car and student loan payments.

Recently, I sought out advice from a former professor, and she told me to create. That word has stuck with me everyday since. I’ve spent a lot of time in the past few years being caught up in thoughts like, “What should my project be? I need to do something important. I need to do something I’m passionate about.” The word “create” really broke me free from that spell, and I’ve realized I need to stop thinking and just do.


I’ll elaborate more on my goals and how I’m getting there in the weeks to come.
