Take Time For YOU

I know how hard it is when you’re living a busy lifestyle, but taking just a little time for yourself every day can really improve your mood and your productivity.

Here’s what I did for me this week:
1.) I took a bath with Good Night essential oils.
2.) I went for a walk and took pictures of dandelions. (Omg, they are so fantastical this year.)
3.) I wrote morning pages every day.
4.) I stopped at an antique store and bought this wonderful lady for $3.
5.) I’ve been reading a chapter of Game of Thrones every night before bed.
6.) I made myself a couple of good cocktails.
7.) I planted some herbs outside my front door.
8.) I took time to chill and breathe for a few minutes and looked at an adorable stuffed penguin my boyfriend won for me.

Simple, but these things are everything that got me through.
